Shipping, Returns & Privacy Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

When we receive your order it will be packaged and shipped immediately.  The post office says priority mail is delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination in the United States.  If you have a larger order or want the fastest possible delivery, ask us about our special FedEx rates.  Sorry, but there is no such thing as overnight delivery from the island of Hawaii.

Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping cost is $14.00 for one lb or 8oz. and Free shipping for orders of 4 -8 lbs. 

International Shipping – We can ship Internationally!  Simply add items to your shopping cart then select the correct country in the shipping address.  The cost of shipping will be updated automatically.  International shipping costs a little more and takes a little longer but it’s often the only way to get fresh 100% Kona coffee.

Secure Payment – All payment transactions are handled through a secure server using SSL encryption.  We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. We do not share personal information so all of your payment information will remain strictly confidential.

Returns Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know so we can try to correct the situation.  In many cases we may replace your coffee for free or you can return your order for a  refund.  Simply send an email to info@realkonacoffee.com describing your order and the reason why you are returning it along with your name, address, and telephone number.

We make every effort to ensure that your private information remains private.  We will not sell, rent, lend or otherwise share your name, email, address, phone or any other information with anybody other than as required to complete a purchase.  We value our privacy and yours.
