1.Store your Real Kona Coffee in the are tight bags in the freezer until ready to use. They will stay fresh for several
months. The refrigerator can also be used for storage if it's used within 2 weeks and free of air in a vacuum
sealed bag. If not the Real Kona Coffee will pick up flavors of various foods in the refrigerator.
2. Keep the Real Kona
Coffee in a dry yet cool area if your refrigerator seems to be causing moister to build on the beans. Or make an attempt to
adjust your refrigerator settings for low moisture conditions and check periodically for dampness. If you can't keep the Real
Kona Coffee dry in your refrigerator try the freezer. There is a split of opinions regarding storage of coffee beans in general.
There are a number of Coffee growers who simply recommend storing coffee in room temperature conditions in room temp, low
light and low humidity. We really think either of these two methods will work fine as long as these conditions are kept constant
and the Real Kona Coffee beans remain air tight.
