when it comes to the treatment and care in the process of Mill drying and preparing the beans for shipment.

RealKonaCoffee.com ships directly our grower's drying facility in Arknasas as green beans, stored no longer than 2

weeks, roasted and shipped from Atlanta GA.

About our Kona Coffee Estate grower:

The estates are located in South Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Esate sits approx. 30 miles south of the town of

Kailua. Thecoffee plantings are between 1,800 and 2,300 feet of elevation on the slopes of the Mauna Loa volcano

(summit @ 13,680 feet above sea level). Kona microclimate, coffee grows best in the elevation range between 1,500 and 3,000 feet.

The moderate temperatures do not allow the fruit to ripen too soon or too late in the season and allows for full Kona coffee bean development.

Estate Coffee refers to Kona coffee which is grown on a discrete parcel of land and is not mixed with coffee from

other farms. This allows us to control the quality and assure you that this coffee is the finest available.

Our coffee is a mix of all the usual grades of Kona Coffee including the sought after "peaberry" coffee.

Our name is derived from the daily afternoon cloud cover and the "mauka" (mountain) showers. The average coffee

farm in Kona is less than five acres. Our Kona Coffee Estate grower's Estates covers an area of  21 acres in cultivation. This is

fully irrigated with a rainwater collection system and individual per plant irrigation nozzles. We have created an

optimal growing environment for our quality estate Kona Coffee. The 100% certified Kona coffee beans are not machine harvested,

our Kona beans are hand picked when ripe. Every Kona coffee bean is inspected and given the royal treatment so what ends up in your cup

is some of the most ultimate coffees literally in the world.
